The Fernery – Booking Policy Terms & Conditions
These terms & conditions apply to all ticket purchases made with The Fernery. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
Ticket Purchases & Deposits
All ticketed reservations require full payment at the time of booking. A 1.95% booking fee applies to every transaction and is non-refundable. Bookings are only confirmed once the ticket price and booking fee have been successfully processed. By paying and completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms & conditions.
The Fernery – Cancellations & Refunds Terms & Conditions
These terms & conditions apply to all ticket purchases made with The Fernery. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your booking up to 4 weeks (28 days) before your reservation date. In this case, a deposit of $25 per person and booking fee will not be refunded, but any additional payments made will be returned. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the reservation date are non-refundable. If you do not attend on the day or fail to meet the terms, all payments will be forfeited.
Booking Amendments
Requests to change your booking, such as altering the date, time, or number of attendees, must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. We may not be able to accept changes requested within 14 days of your reservation date.
Event Changes & Venue Rights
The Fernery reserves the right to make changes to your booking or event in circumstances beyond our control, such as government restrictions or safety concerns. If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit and booking fee.
Liability
The Fernery accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage sustained by you or your guests during attendance, except where required by law. All guests must comply with our venue policies, licensing laws, and health and safety requirements.
