Designed to share, our menu delivers a flavoursome selection of locally sourced produce cooked on a traditional Josper oven.
Combine this with an array of herbs picked daily from the outdoor kitchen garden where our Chef’s experiment with flavours and regularly incorporate seasonal touches to the menu.
Our Unique bars evoke inspiration from all things Juniper and Rose to creates a pink paradise serving a selection of seasonal wines on rotation and straight from the barrel.
Our Signature cocktails infuse a selection of herbs and edible flowers straight from the rooftop garden, pairing superbly with the food menu. For lovers of craft spirits, we have a separate sleek gin room featuring locally crafted Australian distillers and over 50 local Gins on offer.
Located within our greenhouse is a selection of rooms to find the perfect space for your special occasion. The light filled spaces feature distant views to North Head, adjoining alfresco terraces, and an eternal abundance of greenery.

At The Fernery, we have space to suit all occasions. We accept online bookings for tables of up to 14 people. If your preferred time is unavailable, don’t worry, we do have tables that are available for walk ins.
